On clearance from the shortlisting process; we’ll call you for analytical interview. You would only be called for this level of interview only if we are impressed by your skills. An analytical interview is a case study where you will be given an operational situation and using the available facts, problem solving methods and common sense; you are expected to solve and reach logical conclusion to the problem. We are interested to understand the way you think.

Followed by the analytical interview is behavioral interviewing. The candidate is required to undergo Psychometric tests to validate if the value system of the candidate coincides with the value system of Alfazance and access how one behaves in a given situation.

Next is a F2F interview with the respective business unit. You are expected to talk about the case and how you have derived the results along with personal achievements and work history. Finally followed by HR interview closes the hiring position.
