Consultants are fresher’s who have recently completed masters. They support the team of Analyst and experts in his/her area of work. They learn on the job and will receive appropriate training on the strength areas.

Analysts (Application / Business) is accountable for a smaller part of the entire problem solving in a subscriber engagement. They are integral part of the team and contribute to the final outcome. In Application Consulting they play a key role in analysis, design & configuration and implementation accomplishment of the business applications. In Business consulting they play an important role in accomplishing the set business objectives.

Application Analyst based on the performance can diverge to Business Consulting way to continue their personal and professional development.

Experts (Application / Business / Industry) lead any subscriber engagement. They are responsible for problem solving and implementing change management. Experts develop a strong set of consulting skills and demonstrate leadership qualities. In Application Consulting they are responsible for formulating and implementing the entire business solution across products. In Business consulting they serve subscriber in various industries and functional areas. They are responsible to define business objectives, assign tangible values, find process constraints and suggest improvement mechanisms for business optimization. Business experts are generalist while industry experts are specialist.

Application Experts based on the performance can diverge to Business Consulting way to continue their personal and professional development. Similarly Business Experts can diverge from generalist to specialist role. All Experts also can continue their career in project management by advancing as Engagement Managers or diverge in business development.

Engagement Manager owns the client problem. They are responsible for project management, advanced consulting, advisory and client management. They are accountable for the success of the engagement. Engagement managers are also mentors / coach to the experts, analyst and associates.

Retention Manager is sales farming position. They are individual contributors and responsible for increasing the retention turnover and profits.

Sales Manager is sales hunting position. They are individual contributors and responsible for increasing the sales turnover and profits. They carry responsibility from lead generation to closure.

Sales Manager – Geography is a sales hunting position responsible to handle more than one geography and can have a team reporting to them. They are individual contributors and also responsible for the team contribution. They carry responsibility from lead generation to closure.

Business Development Manager – Geography is a team contribution position and directly responsible for Market Development and Sales across multiple Geographies.
