AlfaPath is based on the Value Flow Path (VFP) Model that directs that all actions and information are required to be aligned to business objectives that will add value to business. The approach initializes with understanding the Organization Hierarchy followed by Process Model and finally to Application Model. Customers expect improvements after implementing a business application(s) and conventional module driven methodologies cannot provide such improvements and in reality, would convert an efficient function to inefficient while applying the protocols of the new application(s). In the end, the user experience would be that the old application(s) were better and new business application(s) adds more slowness, inefficiency, additional bottlenecks and hence leads to implementation failure.
